All our products come with official manufacturer's warranty and are shipped with original documents. In case you have any doubt about the authenticity of the product, you have the option of getting it verified at an Official Citizen Service Centre in your area. We are committed to providing our customer with a 200% refund if they have official proof that the product is not a 100% genuine.
Do your products have warranty?
All our products come with Official Citizen Manufacturer's Warranty. However, since we are based in a different country, we can only provide the international part of the warranty which is 1 year. If you were to purchase your watch locally you would instead be getting a 4 year warranty. Please note that you can service your product at any of the Official Citizen Service Centre in your area. In case you are unable to do so, you can send it right back to us and we will provide warranty service.
Do the products you sell have original packaging?
Citizen watches are brand new with tag. The box is included with free shipping. If you wish to NOT receive the box, please send us a message. Please see the "What's Included?" section or answer below for more details.
Why do you suggest to omit the box?
Our customers prefer ordering the watches without the box so as to draw less attention to their parcel and prevent theft at customs. Please note that in different markets, different types of watch boxes are available. Since we source our watches globally, we might be providing you with a different watch box from your local retail store, however they all remain a 100% original Citizen.
What are the Shipping Options and How much do they cost?
We offer FREE shipping by Registered Airmail. However you have the option of choosing Expedited Shipping via EMS. Please check our "Shipping" section for more details.
Do I have to pay tax?
"DutyFreeisland does not charge for any VAT, duty or taxes. You will be charged as per the quoted price on our website. We guarantee NO Import tax for the following countries: Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore and the United States.
For all other countries however, customers might be liable to import duties.
Is tracking number provided?
Tracking number is provided with all shipping methods. You will be notified of your tracking number via email once your item has been shipped. In case you still haven't received any tracking number, you may check your order details by logging in to your eBay account - Purchase History.

My watch is NOT WORKING, what should I do?
Please do not immediately open an eBay. In some cases this issue can be resolve just by charging your watch. Eco-Drive (solar-powered) Citizen watches just needs to be charged before use.
Make sure to charge the watch - most preferably under a table lamp (about 10-15cm away) for around 5 hours.
For Quartz watches, it might have been that the crown was pushed down during storage or shipment. Just provide us with the Battery Replacement receipt fee and we will refund this.
