We provide FREE Worldwide shipping by Registered Airmail ($0.00) with a tracking number provided for every order.

Delivery time ranges from 7-15 working days depending on your location. (Customers in Brazil please note that customs delays can be up to 2 months.)

Expedited Shipping

We also offer Express Shipping by EMS to some countries (Rate depends on your location - Click on the "Shipping & Payments" Tab above)

Delivery time takes 5-7 Working days for delivery if you select the Expedited Shipping option.

We are located in Hong Kong, one of the few countries in the world that has no GST, VAT or Sales Tax.

Returning A Defective Item / Item Not As Described

We do our best to give an accurate description as possible and check each watch before shipping. However occasionally there may be times where we have missed a defect or made a mistake on the item description page. If you are having problem with a Eco-Drive / Solar Powered watch please make sure you have tried charging it first, learn more in the FAQs below.

If you have a problem We kindly request that you DO NOT OPEN A RETURN CASE ON EBAY and instead contact us first.

Rest Assured that we have been in business for many years and by contacting us directly via eBay messages, we will be able to sort out the problem out swiftly and honestly. We will cover the FULL COST OF RETURN SHIPPING and promptly issue a FULL REFUND refund on return of the item. We will also refund an Additional 5% Compensation for the inconvenience caused ONLY to buyers who do not open an eBay Return Case.

Returning An Unwanted Or No Longer Required Item

You are free to return your unused watch (With Tags & Instruction Manual) if you change your mind within 30 Days from Receiving it. You may contact us directly for return procedure or you may start a return process on eBay. Just log in to your eBay account - My eBay - Start a Return. Choose reason from the below selection (Please do not select any other reason).

• I don't need it anymore
• I found a better price elsewhere

You will receive email updates from eBay regarding the return procedure. Your payment will be Automatically refunded by eBay once we receive the item back.
