14 day cooling off period for you to inspect the item in person as you would in a shop

After informing us of your wish to return the item, you must return within 14 days. Buyer pays return postage costs. 

We must refund within 14 days of receiving back. 

Items must be returned unworn and with original packaging. We have the legal right to reduce the amount refunded if item shows damage or signs of use. 

Watches Guarantee

Brand New Watches - We guarantee the smooth running of the movement for 6 months.

We do not cover physical damage or damage to the movement from physical damage, over-winding or missuse. 

Vintage timepieces

We guarantee the smooth running of the watch movement and that it will keep time to within vintage parameters. Please be aware vintage watches are not likely to keep quartz accurate time and are not as accurate as modern Swiss watches but are rare and beautiful things 

Vintage watches are not sold as waterproof due to age. Washing hands OK but not for swim/shower. Keep dry. 

Mechanical and even auto mechanical watches may need regular winding. This is the responsibility of the owner. 

Our watches either run well and keep time to vintage parameters or are serviced prior to sale. It is not always time time efficient for us to meticulously test every watch prior to sale but we do have access to a very good watchmaker and can rectify any issues should they occur under warranty.

We are a sole tradership, working closely with other  luxury watch and jewellery trade professionals with decades of industry experience. We have the intention of becoming a limited company. We are now VAT registered - No : 204 6191 36 

New items contain 20% sales tax. Sales of pre-owned items do not contain VAT but we instead pay HMRC under a used-goods margin scheme.  

Our locations

You can view our items in Harrogate North Yorkshire. 

We have two cabinet outlets, one at Crimple Hall Antiques Pannal HG3 1EW - South Harrogate / North Leeds easily accessible from motorways with free parking and a great cafe. Many cabinets of both vintage, pre owned and NEW branded boxed watches.

We also have cabinets at SPACE Harrogate Retro Store in the town centre - only brand new items here but we are available by appointment. Please let us know if there is a specific item you wish to view.
