•We ship Domestic (50 States including Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico) an International.

•We ship items within 1 business day, after a payment has been cleared. We understand customers want a timely delivery, so we ship out the item as soon as possible. 

•We ship using USPS Priority (1-3 Days), UPS/FedEx Ground (1-5 Days), USPS First Class (2-5 Days), FedEx Smartpost (2-7 Days). The expected delivery time is for the lower 48 states. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground delivery time frame maps are located below. If you required, there are faster shipping options in the active listing. 

•We ship items Monday-Friday. Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Returns

Item(s) and the packaging must be in initial new, unworn, resalable condition. All stickers, tags, and accessories that came with the product must be included. The item should be repackaged in the same form it was received to ensure a safe return. Please notify us before returning an item to ensure an efficient and fast return. Item must be returned within 14 days from the day it is received to the day it is scanned by the shipping carrier. Please print "Order details" or any document with order number and buyer's information for us to identify the buyer, and place it in the package. Due to complex obstacles, international sales are final and returns are only allowed due to certain circumstances. We strive to quickly process returns within 1-4 days after we receive the package.

•Normal returns: The buyer is responsible for the original shipping and return shipping. A restocking fee may be applied in certain circumstances. 

•Returns due to OUR mistake: Please message us and we will help you immediately. We are human on a mission to minimize errors, but they do occur. We are sorry if this happened to you. Give us a chance and it won't happen next time!
