 9: MINT- Very minimal wear. Would look like they have 5 rounds or less use. 

 8: EXCELLENT- Clubs would show about a year of use. Light cosmetic wear on the faces, maybe some faint crown wear, light color wear on darker face clubs. 

7: VERY GOOD- Club(s) would show moderate use, most likely for more than one season but well taken care of. Club(s) would show cosmetic face and sole wear, faint to light scratching or chipping on crown, light bag wear, light skymarking. Newer clubs with more than average use or older clubs with less than average use would be in this category. 

6: GOOD- Club(s) are going to show heavier face wear, sole wear, heavier scratching and chipping on the crown, more bag wear on the shaft including chipping. Clubs that are cosmetically worn that will play better than they look. 

5: FAIR- Playable clubs that haven't been taken care of. Also clubs that are being sold because either the head or the shaft is worth buying. Any club(s) with this rating will have all issues in the description supported by pics.
