No, our system is designed to work alongside your standard Engine Control Unit (ECU) and does not deactivate the safety features, ensuring that your vehicle is still protected.
Is this a resistor in a box?
No. Unlike other products in the same price category which should not be referred to as a “Tuning Box” this system is digital. This means that the product operates with digital map data and contains a PCB with common PC components such as memory and a processor.
Will this make my vehicle smoke?
No. We have strict design specifications, which include “No Smoking” and “Must not change the appearance of the vehicle once installed”. We program our system for optimal performance without detrimental effect to the vehicle.

Can you fit the system for me?
Although installation is very easy, we appreciate that some customers do not feel comfortable touching their engine. We install all of our tuning systems free of charge if purchased directly from our own website, however items purchased from eBay are sold at cost price and therefore a fitting fee will be applied. In addition to this, if you are not local to us and you require your system to be fitted, you can use any of our fitters around the globe. Please note that their own fitting fees will apply.
What is the cost to ship abroad?
We send via Royal Mail International 1st Class which must be signed for. This service is charged at £15.00
What is the best offer price?
If we have a best offer price on this product, the best offer price constantly varies. However as this system is sold at cost, the best offer price is rarely more than a few pounds less than the listed price.

Will this trick my ECU into thinking the fuel is colder than it is?
No. Tricking the ECU into thinking that the fuel or air temperature is cooler than it physically is, is a very crude process used on most other “tuning boxes” in the same price category. Our systems are digital and communicates with your ECU via your common rail fuel injection system using our genuine OEM connectors that match those that are already on your vehicle.
How does the system work?
Our systems use a number of different processes in order to change the operating characteristics of your ECU and Engine. Data is fed to your ECU by the pre-loaded digital MAP stored on the memory inside your tuning box. As our systems operate in real-time, you can remove our system at any time and your vehicle will revert completely back to standard.
