Greetings.. Exactly as it came out of the owners home, has not been cleaned for ebay and he was still using it! When I tested here at my home it threw the breaker so I didn't test it any further. Condition does have one small chip on base (photo) and could use a light cleaning. Cord looks nearly perfect!
