We take this RV on trips 4 times per year - the Disney RV park was fantastic.

In fact, we lived full time in this RV with 3 kids.  We started in a smaller 30' Forrest River, then upgraded.  This model was waaaay better, let me tell you why to buy a Winnebago.
First, Winnebago's have solid fiberglass roofs - so way better than those cloth/rubber roofs that always leak on other brands.  Second, the cabinets have solid wood and metal slides vs the Forrest River - every drawer would snap or break every time someone touched anything!  Check out youtube vids on how Winnebago's are made - you'll understand why they keep their value.

This is a rare model that had a King bed AND 2 bunks.  It's about the only model that really thinks about how families operate.
Bunk beds are perfect for kids - but are 6' and an adult can squeeze in when needed.  Each bunk has a light, a shelf, a curtain, plugs and a dvd entertainment unit.

We usually take our littlest kid with another family of 4 to the beach - and we can "boon-dock" on the beach for 3 days without needing to refill water or dump with both families.

Here's how we sleep:
2 adults in king bed plus a little kid snuggled in.
2 adults on the jack-knife sofa bed.
2 more kids in bunks.

If we have more kids, there is room on floor all around the king bed.
If we have even more adults, the table folds into a bed too.

Will really miss this rig!

Microwave is a dream to cook with, it has microwave/convection/grill at same time and literally cooks 2 pounds of fish in 3 minutes to perfection.  I can't cook it this well in my own home.  Same for steaks seared perfectly .  Lot's of other compu-cook settings that will blow your mind.  I'm thinking about getting one of these compu-cook microwaves for my home.

The whole RV is in great shape, motor runs perfectly, generator runs perfectly and all is maintained and used frequently.  This isn't some RV that has been sitting getting gunked up.  I fanatically maintain our generator so it stays reliable.  I change the oil often - probably is due for a spark plug.

Two new batteries w/ trickle chargers - so the batteries are always fresh from just keeping it plugged in when you're not using it.

Fridge / heater / hot water can run on electric and/or propane.  Plenty of space for 2 families on a long campout, or 1 family for extended time.

Tow Rig / hitch installed w/ brake controller.  Pulls 5000 pounds.
Ford Triton V10 engine, auto-leveling jacks, heated mirrors.

Upgraded the King bed to a euro-pillow top.  This was one of our most comfortable king beds and you'll love the feel.  Sorta want to keep it because it's sooo comfortable, but we're leaving it with the RV.
Upgraded the toilet to the nicest all-porcelain on the market (flushes the bowl clean too with a great swirling action).
Upgraded the front TV to a flat-screen w/ internet tv too.  Will include it all.

Rig was $113K new, we're the second owners and bought it for $65K.  Taken really good care of it and loved every moment.
I will have this detailed for you and cleaned up.  We can work out delivery or pickup separately - but our family usually doesn't mind driving this all over the USA / Canada.

Enjoy!

p.s. - feel free to ask us anything about full-timing in an RV with your family.
