You are looking at a very original and unmolested 1977 Honda CB750F2. I bought this bike from an individual who had just purchased it from the original owner. The bike has obviously been well cared for and garaged it's entire life. Both side covers were cracked when I got the bike. I was able to find an NOS cover for the left side along with a nice used right side cover, which were both painted in the original color and installed on the bike. Other than those 2 pieces, tires, battery, and chain, everything else appears original to the bike. The tank and rear seat cowl both wear original paint. The tank is dent free and the interior of the tank is spotless. The original exhaust is perfectly solid, but does have scrapes on the bottom which can't be seen unless you lay under the bike. The seat is perfect with no tears and is very supple. There is a very small dent in the front fender, that just won't show up in pictures. All chrome is nice with no pitting. This bike runs and rides perfectly. It is cold blooded, which is probably due to lean jetting to meet emissions at the time, but runs fabulous when warmed up.
If you want a vintage bike you can ride and enjoy, this is a wonderful candidate. If you want an original bike to put in a collection or museum, it would be equally at home there as well. It really is that nice, and they are only original once!
As you would expect for a 38 year old motorcycle, there is no warranty. As you would also expect, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
