This laptop works and looks great. There are scratches on the front cover sides and back. The back cover is slightly loose and does not close completely. The Fan, keyboard, and sound work great. The battery holds a charge for 15-20 minutes and a replacement charger is included. The operating system has been restored to windows 7 starter but, no recovery is included.
