The warranty does not cover physical damage as a result of direct or indirect impact, quenching or stress due to a mounting related fault. Faults/damage as a result of fitting/installation error or failure due to negligence, accidents or mishap.
All engine management products are supplied in sealed, clear plastic bags allowing easy identification of the part, products returned outside of the original packaging will be subject to a 15% handling and decontamination charge unless a warranty claim is subjected.
