Payment / Sales Tax New York State buyers are subject to 8.875% sales tax. Tax will be calculated based on the total selling price of the item and included in the eBay invoice. PayPal is our preferred method of payment. We also accept bank transfers, certified checks and bank checks, though shipment will be held until funds are cleared. Cash is accepted for local pickup only.
Shipping Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, VAT (value added tax), and customs fees - if applicable. We take pride in expertly packing our items for safe shipment. Whenever possible, we use recycled materials to reduce our environmental impact. In the rare case that an item is damaged in transit, buyer must contact High-End Audio Auctions within 4 days of delivery. You must retain all box and packing materials in order to file a claim. All items are shipped with insurance, but for international shipping, if the postal service in your country limits the maximum insurance value and that value is below the final selling price, High-End Audio Auctions will not be held liable for insuring your item beyond this maximum value. Items are shipped between 1-3 days after payment is received. You can expect us to clearly communicate with you and send you tracking information. For updates on package delivery, please use tracking number provided and confirm with shipping provider. Local pickup is always welcome, though payment must be made in cash only.
Selling Policy Items must be paid for within 5 days of the auction end. If you cannot comply, please contact us prior to bidding. All items are set for 120V @ 60Hz unless otherwise stated. We are not equipped to convert voltages. In the rare case that an item is defective upon arrival, buyer must contact High-End Audio Auctions within 3 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve any potential issues. NOTE: After 3 days we cannot assume responsibility. When an item is listed "as is" we do our best to describe the item, but cannot be held responsible for any issues with the item due to age or condition. Please review pictures and details carefully. Returns Unless otherwise noted in the listing details returns are accepted within 7 days. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges (both ways). Items must be returned with our original packing, including all accessories and in the exact same condition. Once these parameters have been met, a refund (minus 15% restocking fee and shipping) will be issued.
