Returns

  • Returns for exchange, credit or refund within 14 days (since the day item was received)
  • All bands are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Shipping Fees are NOT refundable; if shipping was free $15 will be deducted from the refund 
  • Items must be in original conditions. If any alterations have been made or item worn it is NOT refundable or exchangeable
  • Engraving is available for extra charge - please contact us. Engraved items and custom made orders are NOT refundable
  • We retain the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund if we feel the return policy is being abused
  • Resizing fee is $25 plus shipping fees both ways. Resizing is limited due to design and size of the band.
