THE STORE POLICY 

RETURN POLICY: We offer a 30 day return policy under certain circumstance and at the Seller’s sole discretion.  Only if significantly not as advertised. Buyer’s remorse is not acceptable. The original shipping charges are not refundable.  The item(s) will need to be returned in the original condition they were shipped out in. Please contact us through the ebay messaging service if you are unhappy about the sale for any reason and we will endeavor to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of both the Buyer and Seller. 

PAYMENT METHOD:  We only accept payment through Pay Pal.  If possible please pay at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 5 days the item will be relisted and a non-payment case will be opened under the ebay Resolution Center. Please contact us through the ebay   messaging system if you cannot make the payment within the 5 days and we will try to work out a different payment time. 

COMBINED SHIPPING: We offer combined shipping on almost all items in the store. There is a flat fee of $5.00 for the first item and then an additional .50 cents for each additional item purchased in the same transaction. A few of the larger items in the store are not eligible for the flat fee or combined shipping. These will be clearly marked as so in the details. Additionally if you purchase 2 or more items from the store in the same transaction that total over $75.00 then the shipping will be FREE.  (For international shipments the combined shipping only applies to the shipping from the store to the ebay  Global Shipping location in the USA. The cost of the overseas shipping and import fees will be added to the invoice by the ebay  Global Shipping program.) 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE:  We ship exclusively through the ebay  Global Shipping program.  They will send you the final invoice which will include all shipping and import fees.  We cannot alter an invoice, change shipping methods, remove the import fees or provide any additional shipping discounts. 

SHIPPING POLICES:  Orders are typically filled and shipped within one business day or less of payment. We proudly ship via the United States Postal Service. We make it a point to securely pack item to prevent any damage during shipping. 

ITEM DISCRIPTION & GRADING POLICY:  We endeavor to truly and accurately describe each and every item, book, magazine, or comic. The pictures we post are of the actual item you are purchasing. (Occasionally additional stock pictures will be used so we don’t have to open a new item, but we will also include a picture of the item still in its original packaging.) We are not professional graders of comics or other items, but we try to adhere to the Overstreet Grading Guide scale.  Please look at all the pictures and email us with any questions or request for additional pictures. Remember grading is subjective. Please contact us with any questions or requests for additional pictures before you purchase.
