If you are not satisfied with the product you've received, please contact us, so we can arrange a refund or replacement. We accept returns when the item is defective or used. In the case of return we require the item to be send to us in the original packing.

The item can be returned within maximum 10 days from the day when you've received it. The shipping cost is not refunded if it is the customer fault of buying the wrong product. We only refund when there is a fault on our side or the item is defective.

All items being sold by us have 12 months guarantee (excluding bulbs). If you have any problems with the received item (it doesn't fit or it's defective or isn't as expected to be), please send us a message
