Returns We work hard to ensure that the right product arrives with you on time and in perfect condition. If you do need to return a product to us then make sure that you contact us first as we will not accept any returns that have not been pre-agreed by email. We can only accept returns if they are either genuinely faulty or in pristine condition (have not been fitted and in original unmarked packaging). It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Please ensure you send the items by an insured, traceable delivery service that provides a proof of postage and delivery receipt. Items can be returned for refund or replacement within 14 days from the date of despatch. We will act quickly to get you a replacement item or, if you have requested a refund, we will complete this request within 14 working days of us receiving it back.
