Payment - Please pay within 3 days. Items not paid for within that time will be relisted.
Postage - All postage to the UK is free of charge. Postage to Europe is £2.99 (+ 49p for each extra item) and to the rest of the world we charge £4.99 (+ 49p for each extra item).
In the case of some heavier orders, especially cutting machines, we may need to quote you for postage. If this is the case, we will contact you directly. This price will be cost price as we never look to make money on postage. We no longer send cutting machines outside the UK.
Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only). Once your order has been sent we will contact you by email. Your goods will be shipped from us here in Glasgow. Goods normally take 2-5 days but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in case of postal delays.
Returns - Returns will be accepted within 14 days providing the item is UNUSED and still in its original retail packaging. Please contact us first if you need to return an item. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
