RETURNS & REFUNDS PROCEDURE:
We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from our Acefinder shop.
However, there may be occasions when you will need to ‘Return’ item(s) to us.
In such cases, we will do our best to try and rectify any problems as quickly as possible.

This Agreement (drawn-up by the eBay-seller Acefinder) is based on the understanding that the Customer using the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ (‘Service’ requested by ‘You‘ the Customer) acknowledges, agrees and accepts ALL the ‘Terms & Conditions’ set out below.
Your ‘Request’ for the use of the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ will then be kept on our system as proof of your ‘Acknowledgement’, ‘Agreement’ and ‘Acceptance’ of ALL the ‘Terms & Conditions’ regarding this ‘Service’.
You will be agreeing on:
1. NOT holding Acefinder accountable (in any way, shape or form) for any ‘Damage’, ‘Loss’, ‘Lost’, ‘Missing’, ‘Incomplete’ or ‘Fault-Issues’ to the Goods purchased by you (from Acefinder) or ANY other issues (regarding Goods or Services) arising ‘Thereafter’ as a result of choosing the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ requested by you.
2. NOT holding Acefinder liable (in any way, shape or form) for any compensation or refund if the Goods purchased by you (from Acefinder) incur/sustain any defects or imperfections ‘Large-or-Small’ from Dispatch, to Transit, through to Delivery of your order or ANY other issues (including the Use or Operation of your Goods) arising ‘Thereafter’ as a result of choosing the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ you requested.
The Customer acknowledges, agrees and accepts ALL responsibility:
a) if the Goods purchased by you (from Acefinder) are ‘Lost-in-Transit’, ‘Lost-after-Delivery’, ‘Broken-in-Transit’, ‘Broken-on-Delivery’, ‘Become-Faulty-in-Transit’, ‘Become-Faulty-on-Delivery’, ‘Delivered-Incomplete’ or any other issues (also referred to as a ‘Issues/Damage/Faulty/Not-Working/Dead-on-Arrival/Missing/Lost/Incomplete) arising ‘Thereafter’ as a result of choosing the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ requested by you.
b) if the Goods incur/sustain any other defects or imperfections ‘Large-or-Small’ from Dispatch, to Transit, through to Delivery of your order or any other issues arising ‘Thereafter’ as a result of choosing the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ requested by you.
c) of the purchased Goods in the ‘State-and-Condition’ (‘Current’ or ‘Former’) they are delivered in, including the Use or Operation of your Goods and ANY other issues arising ‘Thereafter’ as a result of choosing the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ requested by you.
d) for the Goods shipped to him/her using the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ and any issues (regarding Goods or Services) arising from using this ‘Service’.
The Customer acknowledges, agrees and accepts the ‘Terms & Conditions’ regarding the ‘Standard Dispatch-Service’ set out above by Acefinder.
All orders received before 10:00pm will be dispatched within 1-3 business days (from receipt of payment) and shipped from United Kingdom.
Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday.
International ‘Delivery-Time’ depends on destination and other factors;
Delivery may be delayed during weekends and holidays:
International Delivery ‘Courier-Companies’ and local customs ‘Shipping-Practices’ alter from Country-to-Country.
International buyers please note:
a. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage charges. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties.

NON-DELIVERED:
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.
Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our Carriers.
Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.
Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
Orders sent by Royal Mail: We do advise that the majority of orders are received within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
However, for Royal Mail (or Courier Service) to class the order as ‘Lost-in-Transit’ we have to allow them 15 working days to fulfill their ‘Delivery-Contract-Agreement’ to deliver the Goods before we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail (or Courier Service) to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve the issue the same day the Customer has alerted us, we do have to, ‘by-Law’, allow the ‘Delivery-Services’ the time-scale to fulfill their ‘Delivery-Contract-Agreement’ and deliver your Goods.
If you still haven’t received it by the 15th working day, please contact us via eBay-email and we will investigate the matter for you.

3. Delivery:

3.3 Risk of loss and damage/malfunction of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

13.2 Additional Patches or ‘Work-arounds’ might be needed to install/run the software/game correctly on certain ‘Console’/‘Platform’ Operation-Systems.
