Homologation Standard: FIA 8856-2000

OMP racewear is manufactured and designed to comply with the homologation safety standard FIA 8856-2000 which covers all areas of motorsport and racing. The FIA homologation label is displayed on a prominent position on each item of clothing that is approved to this standard. On race suits the label is sewn onto the back of the neck. FIA 8856-2000 standard DOES NOT EXPIRE for motorsport, hence there is no expiry date applicable. Please check what racewear standard your championship or race series requires you to wear, as your clothing will not pass scrutineering without the correct standard.
