This is a 5ml bottle of TMB replenishment ink.

The Rules of Golf state that a player should put an identification mark on their golf ball.

Rule 12-2.

The responsibility for playing the proper ball rests with the player. Each player should put an identification mark on his ball.

Stroke Play – 2 Strokes

Replenishment ink for your golf ball ID stamp

If you have purchased a That's My Ball golf ball ID stamp, it will come with a pre-inked stamp pad so you don't need to buy an ink vial immediately.

Whilst you can expect to get a lot of use out of your golf ball ID stamp, the ink in the stamp pad will eventually run out!

If your ink is running low grab a 5ml bottle of replenishment ink today. The ink vials are available in our 4 standard colours - Red, Blue, Charcoal Grey and Green. Never add water to a drying ink pad, it will ruin your ink pad!

How to Use

Place 3-5 drops onto existing ink pad. Seal ink pad & leave for 8-12 hours. Add further ink by droplet when necessary.

Do NOT pour whole bottle of ink onto the pad at one time.

Shipping Information

That's My Ball is located in Greensborough, Victoria, 3088. We do not have a shop front and therefore all orders are lodged with Australia Post for delivery and generally, pick up is not available, unless arranged prior.

How long will it take to process and dispatch my order?

Once placed, orders for standard ID stamps and all accessories are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Our office is closed on Tuesdays and public holidays.

How will my purchase be sent?

Ink vials are sent via Priority letter with Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. We can send up to 3 ink vials for one low postage cost of $3.00.

If you purchase ink vials and ID stamps at the same time, you will need to pay the higher parcel post fee.

Standard air mail service (which is not tracked) with Australia Post is used for international deliveries.

Orders of permanent marker pens only or up to 3 ink vials only will be sent via Priority Letter with Australia Post (for deliveries within Australia only).

I need my order to arrive super fast. Can you do this?

All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post Express Post or Priority Letter (if ordering ink vials only). Orders are lodged with Australia Post in Briar Hill, Victoria. Express Post satchels are guaranteed for Next Day Delivery to most destinations (remote locations may take up to 4 business days). Speedy delivery is applicable for standard ID stamp motifs and accessories.  Express Post services apply to deliveries within Australia. There are no express delivery services for international post and advise that international orders may take up to 28 days to arrive to their destination.

That's My Ball cannot be held responsible for transit times nor for any goods lost in transit once lodged with the delivery carriers.

Returns and Refunds

What happens if my product is faulty?

If you believe there is a problem with your That's My Ball product please don't hesitate to contact Caroline Streeter, Managing Director, on 1300 445 054. You can also send an email to caroline@thatsmyball.com.au.

Should a refund be required, all refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping charges). Please allow 21 days for That's My Ball to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Can I return my goods if they are damaged in transit?

All Tin Cups and accessories are shipped in perfect condition and every effort is made by us to pack your goods accordingly. We use tough cardboard mailing boxes and padded mailing bags.
