 Direct bank deposit (preferred) into our Commonwealth bank account (in person at any CBA branch or via internet banking). For direct bank deposit we kindly request that you use your ebay User ID only.

 Mail Payment - Australia Post money orders, bank cheques and personal/company cheques (subject to clearance).

Credit Cards through Paypal - payments processed through paypal can be made using Mastercard, Visa or Bank Tranfer. For international buyers we accept Paypal only.

Shipping for cosmetics can be calculated by the highest price shipping first + 95c per additional item within Australia (unless otherwise specified - some heavier items may be excluded). To combine postage, please request the total on one invoice prior to checking out - please note that shipping on products cannot be combined once checkout is complete.

Your order is not confirmed until we have received cleared payment in full. Payment is required to be received by us no later than 5 days after purchase. If your payment is not received by the seventh day, we reserve the right the return to stock any ordered products.

When making payment via direct bank deposit or money order, you agree to use these methods according to our instructions. Glossi Pty Ltd will not be liable for delays in processing your order if these measures have not been followed.

By placing an order with Glossi, you consent that you have read and understand all returns and warranties information, and are aware of our return policy procedure.

Glossi Pty Ltd will not be responsible for lost, missing or stolen articles, however we can assist you with making an enquiry or filing a claim with the carrier. Glossi Pty Ltd highly recommends choosing registered post. Glossi highly recommends choosing registered post, and we do require that all orders exceeding AUD$50 be shipped via registered/express post.

Australia Post will not leave registered mail at unattended premises. For registered articles, if you are unable to receive your order in person when it is delivered, a card will be left in your letterbox letting you know from which Australia Post Outlet it should be collected.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing an order - once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made if requested. Glossi Pty Ltd will not be liable for any unreceived/missing/lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the shipping fee must be re-paid and the correct shipping address supplied.

If you are concerned that your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please enquire with your local Australia Post Outlet prior to contacting us. Delivery times are provided as a guide only by Australia Post, and only Express Post is guaranteed for next day delivery*.

Glossi offer exchange within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be accompanied by an exchange application form. Where a product has been opened, used and/or tested, and the product is not faulty a refund may not be granted. Buyers must provide the return shipping cost for exchange. For safety and hygiene purposes, opened items will not be accepted for return. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any products which are incorrectly shipped or found to be faulty are eligible for a full refund. If incorrect refund details are provided, any return bank fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any product for refund/exchange must be received within 7 days of original delivery.

We ship to worldwide destinations via Airmail or Registered Airmail. We can also ship international orders via Express Post priority international mail upon request. Combined shipping prices are dependent upon final package weight, and can be obtained through our cart system or by contacting us.

Please keep in mind that all prices are in AUD and the RRP may vary significantly in other countries. We require full payment within 3 working days from international buyers. We only accept Paypal from international customers.  

Insurance is optional, but highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged articles. Registered airmail includes insurance for up to $100AUD.

International shipping insurance is AUD$9.15 for up to AUD$100 coverage. If your order exceeds AUD$100 in value you must purchase insurance or registered post international.

International customers please note: you are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be charged. If unsure, please contact your customs office in your local capital city prior to purchase.


Return to sender parcels:


In the event that a parcel is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout, orders that are 'returned to sender' will incur the $10 fee that is charged to us by Australia Post. This also applies where an order is not collected from the post office and the post office returns it to us as unclaimed. Note that if shipping to a business address, you must include the name of business in the shipping address and any suite number/floor number if applicable (omission of these details may constitute an incomplete address at the discretion of Australia Post). The $10 return to sender charge and any applicable postage fees to re-send will need to be paid prior to the order being re-shipped. Payment of these fees will be accepted via bank deposit or cheque/money order only. In the event that an error was made by us, the order will be re-shipped as soon as possible at no cost to the buyer.
