We offer a combining period up to 10 days starting from the date of first
purchase in order to save the shipping cost. You may combine as many items you
like for a single shipping fee. The time starts from the day the first item
closes. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $200 in value.

Shipping Policy
1. After your payment has cleared, your item(s) will be shipped out within 1-3
working days. If there is a certificate accompanying the gemstone, it may take a
couple of days longer.
2. Shipping Charges depend on each case and are clearly mentioned in the Ebay
listings.
3. The following shipping options are available:
Economy Shipping (Registered Mail -
Insured, Traceable): $10
Standard Shipping (EMS Express Mail -
Insured, Traceable): $20
Free Standard Shipping is provided for all
orders over $200 in value
4. Multiple items combined to total over $200 will qualify for free standard
shipping.

Returns
1. Any item may be returned for a FULL REFUND
within 30 days of receipt. There is NO restocking fee.
2. Shipping Charges are not refundable. In products where shipping is free, $15
shall be deducted as shipping costs in case the item is returned.

(Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute),
GRS (GemResearch SwissLab), AIGS (Asian Institute of Gemological Sciences), GII
(Gemological Institute of India) & HKD Diamond Laboratories, with almost all
gemstones over $200 in value. Please look under the "Remarks" field in the
listing which mentions which certificate is accompanying this particular
gemstone. The certificate clearly mentions the carat weight, measurements, etc
along with the confirmation that the gemstone is unheated / untreated.

2. Please be advised that we cannot control nor pay for any customs charges,
duties or VAT in your country, as they vary from case to case and are beyond our
reach. However, there is no import duty on gemstones in the USA, Europe and
Canada. In other countries you may be looking at around 1% of the declared value
