Our shipment locations are domestic as well as international. As we are based in the UK and that particular location will be termed as domestic and other regions will be international. We make shipment through Royal mail. If customers wish to send through other carriers they are requested to submit the details of the same along with the order details.
Customers receiving products across international borders will have to consult their respective government authorities to release the package and will have to pay relevant border taxes, custom fees, duties, brokerage fees, and any other charges applicable.
Any customer of Blu Cherry Ltd who has purchased from our company's online portal is eligible to claim a refund upon satisfying some criteria. We will give full refund upon receipt of the returned item if such item has manufacturing defect or is in a tampered condition. We also offer refunds if an item has wholes, scratches, or torn labels. You may claim refund if the item is not suitable for intended purpose or purchased mistakenly given that you bear the return shipping cost. You must notify us about your intention to claim a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of product.
Refund will be given in same currency, by which a purchase was made. If you have purchased through bank cheque, refund amount will be transferred in account printed on the bank cheque or in bank account given by customer. If a purchase is made by credit card the same amount of credit will be transferred to that account.
