You are bidding on a tube amplifier of the British manufacturer Radford / Woodside. The amp is in fabulous condition. There are only very minor marks of use to find. Please regard the many pictures!! This amplifier has been very well cared for over the decades. Everything is clean and works perfect. No technical problems!!
This beautiful sounding amplifier is of course very collectable piece of vintage audio equipment, which can be used with a wide range of suitable preamplifiers.
This is an original Radford “Made in England”. Professional restored, - not amateur made!!

The STA25 is a fine example of the famous British made amplifiers. Only selected high quality components were used. These were the premier British valve amplifiers of their era and, as such, are world-class audiophile amplifiers.
The Radford works absolute fine, and sounds superb. Technically perfect condition, no noise or hum - just pure music.
The amp reached around 30 - 35 Watts output per channel. This is more than enough power to drive any modern speakers. You don´t have power problems with this amplifier!!
Voices and
instruments sounds absolute natural. Very refined and detailed. With liquid and
lush Musicality combined with rythm and pace. Fabulously accurate, open and
natural, which they were famous for. Delivers music with superb valve tone –
breath taking bass weight and slam, depth, clarity and separation with
substantial reserves of power - guaranteed to make your speakers really sing. If
you have fine equipment you never believe that you listen to HiFi equipment!! Excellent
