Pendulum Leader / Hanger  - Gustav Becker? 

Leader is about 2-3/8" long

Uncommon leader and I do not know its application.  Please see pics.

Excellent Condition, but the brass plating is starting to show signs of age and use such as rub marks and/or spots.
