UK Orders
All UK eBay orders are processed (Monday - Friday). Please see item listing for dispatch and delivery times. We can offer a UK next day 24hr delivery service on most items, if this service is available on a product this service can be selected when purchasing the item. For next day guaranteed delivery or first class postage all orders need to be placed by 12.30pm to be assured of this service, this service is available Monday to Friday only.

International Orders
All international eBay orders are processed (Monday - Friday). Please see item listing for dispatch and delivery times. For international tracked or recorded orders you can expect delivery to be approx 5-8 days but please allow up to 15 working days. We do offer an economy international service on most items, although this service is not fully tracked we do guarantee delivery, most economy delivery arrive within 10-14 days but please allow up to 30 days.

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted within 1 business day from the time the order was placed. Remember, if there is a problem with your order, this will often result in a shipping delay until the problem is resolved.

If you have a problem, are unhappy with your purchase, or have just changed you mind we will accept the item back for a full refund or exchange if preferred. You can return any item within 90 days and we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

All returns and exchanges require a return authorization number, please contact us via ebay returns before returning your goods.

When you are returning an item to us we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

 
Our number one goal is to provide you with the best service for the lowest price. Mistakes and errors do occur, and we promise we will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

All returns will need to be sent back unused* and in a saleable condition** in their original condition & packaging.

** Saleable Condition - Items must be in same condition as they were sent. This includes packaging, bags, documentation protective films etc. If this is not the case The Helmet Shop may charge for repackaging or refuse the accept the return.

* Unused Condition - Visors & Pinlocks can be returned if they have not been fitted or attempted to be fitted and there protective films are still attached. Helmets can only be returned if all protective films & tags are still attached.
