PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ASKING SHIPPING QUESTIONS

I charge Flat Rate Shipping and handling for all my listings anywhere in a destination country that I ship to (see shipping info), if your country isn't listed with a specific rate and
isn't in my exclusions list, feel free to inquire as to how much shipping will be. Also I will NOT ship without tracking and insurance and by default that means by Canada Post Express /
Expedited or Tracked Airmail services only which while they cost more they are also faster to deliver the items. I only offer cheaper options on stickers and shark fins and a select few
other small items, nothing else so please don't request alternate methods of shipping for my items. I will combine S&H for multiple items and the additional charge in most cases is $3
(or less) for each additional item. My shipping and handling rates include the cost of packaging materials and any fees that I pay but do NOT include any taxes/duties/fees applied to
international shipments by respective destination countries customs agents and mail services. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any such charges themselves.

Since again almost all packages are shipped by Canada Post Express, Expedited Or Air Parcel (unless otherwise indicated), the transit time ranges from a few business days domestically
to perhaps as many as 15 business days internationally (Canada to Australia). The reason I only ship with tracking is to properly verify delivery and minimize problems with charge backs
and buyers playing the refund/partial refund scams. Also I will only ship to buyers verified paypal/ebay account addresses so if you need it shipped to some alternate address, you need
to update your ebay shipping address before paying, I will not ship to an address simply provided in a message and will refund payments and cancel transactions (per ebay rules) when such
things occur. Also they must be in countries not in my exclusion list (so no having a USA address and then asking me to ship it to china instead). All items are generally shipped within
1-2 business day of payment.

Additionally since I still often get inquiries if the shipping is correct even though I've tried to explain above about the shipping charges I shall repeat again the following. I am a
Canadian seller, shipping from Canada and only Canada Post's rates are relevant to me. The shipping rates for whatever postal/courier service you're used to for your home country have no
bearing whatsover upon what I have to pay out to Canada Post to ship from here in Canada where I am.  So that means US Postal and Royal Mail and whoever else you might have used including
if you're an international customer who has ordered from the USA what you may have paid to a US seller. Also before asking for a lower option even after I've said I will not offer one,
I'll point out that the shipping rates are NOT based on the values or strict weights of items alone but also on the size of the packaging and my requirement for tracking/insurance. Canada
Post and most all national posts and courier companies now use volumetric weight calculations to determine shipping rates, which includes  the box dimensions as well as its weight. Whatever
US Postal or Royal Mail or some other country's postal services charges for a similar size package shipped by air/express and with tracking means nothing to me, as those rates don't apply
to my shipments. If you're unhappy with my listed rates, you're very welcome to seek out another seller. The reason that I charge flat rate shipping is because with hundreds of items listed
with all sorts of different sizes of boxes and weights (and many buyers combining shipping changing the box sizes again), its simply impractical to use ebay's calculated shipping method.
Also ebay's time estimates for delivery are often overly optimistic so buyers and encouraged to check the tracking themselves but I am not responsible for delays caused by the post office
/ courier company once in the destination country or by your local customs agency holding the packages for inspection.

As to feedback, I don't demand that buyers leave it but if you're trying to build up your own score in the eventual hopes to become a seller yourself, bare in mind that I generally won't
leave feedback to buyers until after item(s) are delivered successfully and positive feedback is left that does NOT include defects. As of ebay's new seller terms, the only defects that
count are transactions I've had to cancel for not having stock, and cases that were unresolved before ebay had to step in and make a decision. Ebay no longer considers delivery speed / time,
item matching condition description, or neutral/negative feedback as defects. Additionally all transactions are binding and final and any requests to cancel a transaction will no longer be
accepted and I will open a non-paying-bidder claims in all such cases. This includes transactions where the buyer is attempting to reserve an item until they have funds available but which
falls outside the payment time limit, they've not bothered to verify the shipping charges ahead of time (if for a country which I do ship to but without a default rate being provided), or
they decided they don't want the item after all, even though they executed a buy-it-now for it.
