- 60 Days Limited Warranty
Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 60 days limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to Damaged Items Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number issued by Epanda House.
- Damaged Items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item received.
- When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by Epanda House clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by Return Department.

1. Wash your car with mild detergent, and rinse it well. Dry the area around the windows that you plan to attach the vent visors. Please note that if the surface is not completely clean, the adhesive would not work well and the visors would eventually fall. 2. Hold the vent visors in place and mark the placement lines with removable marker. Please have two persons do it if needed. 3. Remove the adhesive tape from the back. 4. Carefully aligning the visor to the lines marked earlier. Please note that it's very hard to remove once its pressed in place. 5. Apply pressure to the strip and make sure it's secured in place before driving. Repeat the same steps for the remaining windows.
