We use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery for all shipments (to keep postage fees down for everyone) though alternative postage services can be selected, at an additional fee, should you need the item any sooner.

However, very rarely, this may not be the case.  If there are any issues with the above, we ask you post back the item to us and we will issue a full refund including return postage fees.  We just ask that you contact us, by email, within 7 days of receiving the product so we are aware of the issue.
