NOTE: All items are carefully inspected before listed for auction. I am human and not everything I list has belonged to me so I may miss some flaws, wear and tear, holes, stains, or imperfections. I do try to do my best to perfectly describe items the best I can and my opinion on the condition of and item may be different than your own. With that said all my items are SOLD AS IS and SALES ARE FINAL. Please if you have any questions feel free to message me and I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner (I do have another job besides this so if I do not get back to you right away I will try my hardest to answer you back before the end of the auction if the timing of your question allows me to do so). All items come from a smoke free home and are stored in plastic zip lock bags or containers (if they are too big for bags) that are in boxes or on a shelf until they are paid for and shipped. I do wash all second hand items unless they are dry clean only.

Payments

I accept PayPal ONLY and payment is expected within 48 hours of the close of the auction.

If you are bidding on one or more of my items, as long as you inform me, I will allow you to hold off on your payment until the other auctions are over.

Please contact me if you need more time than this I am a very flexible and understanding person and would be willing to give you more time if requested. If you have not contacted me or have not paid after the 48 hour time period an unpaid item case will automatically be opened.

SHIPPING

I try my best to get orders out as quickly as I can after payment has been made. I ship Monday – Friday, and use the cheapest possible way to ship your items. If you by chance need it shipped quicker and are willing to pay the extra cost for shipping I would gladly accommodate you (in this case you would have to message me before payment so I can adjust this on your invoice). I do combined shipping if asked.

I print my own shipping labels from my house and drop my orders off at the post office or in one of the nearest post office boxes so the shipping date may not be the date listed on your order. I do work a few days in the week and sometimes cannot get to the post office on those days, but I try my best to send things out within 1 business day of receipt of your payment. Please allow extra time for shipping if your auction ends on a weekend or holiday.

FEEDBACK

I will leave feedback on all items after they are paid for. Please be aware I am human, and I do make mistakes. I try to ensure that I represent every item as it is and make note if there are any flaws I have noticed in my listings. I work extremely hard to keep my preferred seller rating and would appreciate it if you would take the time to leave your feedback. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me before you leave your feedback I am a reasonable person and would be more than happy to work with you for a positive resolution.
