It is our aim to provide useful products at the lowest prices possible.  Service has been at the forefront of our strategy and delivering items to your door in record time, sometimes next day.  Our products are changing all the time so remember to follow us to get the latest bargains.  We can offer low prices as we keep stock turning, we do this by providing a great service.

All items are dispatched either the day of order or next working day.  Our chosen courier is UK Mail as they give a great service and can offer next day delivery.  Unlike may sellers we are based in the South West of the UK so can give an Over Night, Next Day service free of charge.  We can't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays as our couriers don't collect.

All orders will have the tracking number uploaded to give the buyer complete visibility of their items.

We currently only accept Paypal payments, whilst we don't stipulate immediate payment we do appreciate swift payment within 5 days of purchase.  After this 5 day period we will ask for payment, this simply frees up stock as purchasing items and not paying ties up our stock.

All products are covered by our 30 Day Return Policy.  Items must be returned by the buyer to our UK warehouse, as with our shipping we expect all returns to come back to us with valid tracking details.  This gives all parties visibility and avoids confusion when making refunds.

Refunds will be made via eBay and Paypal and are dealt with as soon as the parcel is received and inspected.

It is important the product is not used and in original packaging, we do ask that the box is not directly written on but by means of a paper note taped to the box.  All returns must be accompanied by our return reference to aid us in providing a swift refund.
