All of our crystals are new, first quality, genuine Swarovski crystal - this finish is a custom coating not applied by Swarovski.

A coating of clear nail polish or jewelry sealer, such as DesignASeal, can be used to protect these crystals.  This is suggested by the coating company, as some custom coatings can be damaged by hand/body lotions and perfumes.
