All orders received before 11am Monday-Saturday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after these times will be dispatched the next working day.

European and worldwide orders POSTAGE IS COMBINED and is sent by Royal Mail Airmail (small packets) service. European orders are supposed to take 5 working days but we have found it can take up to 10, so please allow plenty of time.

Delivery times for worldwide orders vary dramatically depending on the country so, again, please allow lots of time and remember that this is out of our control.

Please note that whenever possible we try to minimise unnecessary packaging. This is better for the environment and keeps postage costs down, which means a better deal for you. Each order is individually packaged and in most cases we use envelopes or mailing bags.
