EHRMAN 1989 CANTELOUPE (MELON) NEEDLEPOINT TAPESTRY KIT KAFFE FASSETT VINTAGE - RARE & VINTAGE
This is a stunning vintage needlepoint tapestry kit by Kaffe Fassett entitled Canteloupe (Melon) and is one in a series of vegetable / fruit kits. It depicts a sliced Canteloupe melon and is very colourful. It dates from 1989 and is now discontinued.
The first picture is one I have taken of the completed item so you can see what the finished item will look like and all the other pictures are the actual item you will receive .
This kit was produced in two sizes and this is the LARGER KIT which measures 19 x 19 inches / 49 x 49 cms and is 7 holes to the inch stitched double. (There is another smaller version on a 10 count canvas stitched double) which is 14 x 14 inches / 38 x 38 cms when finished).
This kit is in excellent condition with all the Anchor wools, needle and instructions needed to complete (no chart).
Please note that the item is in its original packaging but it is a little worn so it is also supplied in a new zip sealed bag.

The canvas is several inches wider all round.
GENERAL PAYMENT AND DISPATCH
- I never over-charge on postage. I only charge the Royal Mail postage rate or courier rate of what it costs to send an item with no add-ons. Sometimes it is difficult to be accurate as there are different size options as well as weight options. I always refund any postage over payment.
- I normally send items by First Class Royal Mail to ensure that you get your items quickly.
- For UK items weighing between 1 and 2kg I will give you the option of second class postage at £2.80 as this is a considerable saving on First Class postage at £5.45. However it is your choice - second class postage will take slightly longer.
- For heavy items over 2kg in the UK I use couriers such as Collect Plus, Hermes and Yodel to get the best price (which I pass on to the buyer with no additions).
- Item will be dispatched the morning after the end of the auction if payment has been received. Thereafter the item will normally be posted out the morning following payment.
- I am happy to combine postage on several items and only ever charge actual costs incurred - so please request an invoice.
- I am happy to send overseas and only ever charge actual air mail small packets rate with no additions. I set this cost out in each listing so please contact me if the postage costs do not appear in the listing. If you want to save on postage and are prepared to wait a little longer I also give you the option to use the Economy International rates. I have found this to be a very good option for heavier items as there is a good saving and although the guaranteed delivery times are quoted as being much longer in my experience they normally arrive in good time (but be aware it is a risk that you might have to wait).
