defect one of the following actions:
- Leaving neutral or negative feedbacks.
- Leaving low detailed valuations (1, 2 or 3 stars).
- Open a case for item not received.
- Open a case for item not as described.
- Open a return request for item not as described.
For any possible problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service BEFORE give us a defect! This will allow us to provide you the best possible assistance, avoiding severe penalties.
