Return Policy All requests for refund must be made by telephone (0118 959 9023) or email within 7 days of dispatch of goods, and a returns number will be issued. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, a detailed description of the fault or reason for refund must be included. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective goods returned. All claims for shortages or damages must be notified to the company within 7 days of receipt.

Please note all returned goods must have an assigned RMA number and must be repackaged in original packaging, it is the customers responsibility to arrange the return as we cannot be responsible for goods in transit. P&P will be refunded to you once we receive the defected item

Unless described otherwise all Items are ex corporate, so they are likely to show signs of slight cosmetic scratches to casing, general wear and tear and minor marks (such as where stickers have been removed)
