Your item will be posted out within 2 working days of your payment clearing (Excluding, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays), it will then be in the hands of the Courier/Royal Mail to deliver it to you. If you live in the UK it should reach you within 10 days, if you live in Europe it should be with you within 10 - 14 days, if you live outside of Europe it can take up to 30 days, this is beyond our control. If it hasn't arrived within this time, please contact us so that we can resolve the matter.
