Payments

All payments, via PayPal, must be received within five (5) business days of committing to a purchase. AFTER (5) days, an unpaid case will be filed.

Shipping

I ship purchases WORLDWIDE. If you need assistance with your location, please contact us through eBay Messages, so I may assist you.

Shipping takes place within 24 hours of receiving payment for your order, or on the first Business day of the week, which ever comes first.

I ship Monday through Friday. The last shipment leaves my office daily, at 16:00 (4:00 pm), Pacific Standard Time.

I DO NOT ship on weekends (Saturday / Sunday), or on US / Canadian National Holidays.

Combined shipping is offered on ALL items which we carry. If you find that your rates are not calculating correctly, contact us through eBay Messages, so we can help you complete your order and get you a final invoice to pay from.

A confirmation with tracking information, will be sent to you in eBay Messages as soon as the package is shipped.

Our packages are sent by way of Canada Post unless otherwise stated or Requested.

Orders for Singles will not have tracking numbers. Please allow two (2) weeks(10 Business Days for the Postal Service to deliver. We will assist you further if you contact us through eBay Messages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not responsible for packages sent to a destination that does not have Delivery Confirmation available on shipping service. Any purchases from these areas are shipped at buyers risk! (Please refer to eBay's guarantee program for added benefits to you as the customer).

Terms of Sale

1) Payments must be received within five (5) days of commitment to purchase, via PayPal.

2) All returns must be initiated by the buyer, through the eBay system, within fourteen (14) days of receipt. All product must be in the same condition as it was sold.

3) Replacements for damaged goods must also be requested within (14) days of receipt, unless Package carries Insurance.

4) Buyer pays the shipping to return items. A refund will be issued for the cost of the product, ONLY, once the returned-package is receved and processed in the office.

Shipping fees already paid are non-refundable.

5) Items listed and sold "AS IS", are NON-Refundable. (Auctions descriptions will specify "AS IS" items).
