Returns And Guarantee
No Hassle returns
We have a no hassle returns policy. If, for any reason, our beads or products are not suitable for your jewellery designs or we have sent you a wrong item, we will refund your money without any problems. Please contact us within the 30 day period. However, you have a responsibility of returning the products in their original condition and to make sure any returned products are safely packaged. When returning any products obtain a postage receipt from your local Post Office as proof of postage. You can return your order by post for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
Same policy applies to international customers.
Terms And Conditions
- Sometimes it's hard to shop on the internet for beads and other jewellery making supplies. We want you to be rest assured that exchanging items that you are not happy with is easy. Please contact us within 14 days indicating which item you want to replace and follow our No Hassle Returns policy. We are unable to refund or exchange any faulty products after 30 days.
- Refund and exchanges must be made within 14 days
- The 14 day period starts as soon as you place your order.
- In most cases it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. Please place a new order for any additional items required.
- Please keep in mind all return postage will have be paid by the customer.
- The beads and jewellery supplies must be in a brand new perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All exchanged items must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original packaging that we sent with the items.
