Our general philosophy is only buy what you need or want. Don’t get stuck buying a full tool kit if all you need a bare tool, a battery, tool bag or a charger? We try to offer these items at a reasonable and competitive price.
Product General Information:
· All of our product is 100% NEW unless otherwise noted. Most of our product is from larger tool kits and is separated and repackaged at our facility.
· We are not an authorized re-seller or distributor for most of our brands. We can not make any claims or guaranties about product warranties.
Payment Information:
· We accept payment by PayPal only. This is for your and our protection.
· Payment needs to be received within 48 hours of purchase or the transaction may be cancelled.
· Sales tax will be applied to CA residents.
Shipping Information:
· We only ship within the Continental United States (48 States). We can make exceptions to Alaska and Hawaii if the item fits in a Standard USPS Flat rate box. Note: USPS Flat rate boxes do not include insurance and tracking.
· Our primary shipping carriers are UPS and USPS flat rate.
· All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
· We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO and Post Office box addresses.
Returns:

Returns accepted only if item(s) are damaged in
shipping or the item does not work properly.
· Please allow 3 days to verify, inspect and process a return.
· We will accept returns up to 14 days from when item is received. (No exceptions after 14 days)
