RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. We will work with you on a return or an exchange only under these strict policies: If the buyer wishes to return or exchange an item purchased from us, buyer must contact us within 7 days after their order was delivered. Merchandise cannot be sent back without our return authorization. Whenever a return is accepted, 10% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After refund is issued, buyer will receive a request to cancel the transaction. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags attached (same as they were sent). Items cannot have any signs of wear, missing parts or smells. Buyer must package items carefully in order to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, tracking and insurance. If the item is returned in used or damaged condition, refund will not be issued.

Please note that we have no control over post offices not processing mail on week-ends and official holidays, we cannot predict or change weather conditions which may disrupt scheduled deliveries, and we cannot know how long your package is in the customs department of your country. 

 Packages with merchandise price over $100 and shipments to countries with a history of customs theft and other issues associated with international mail delivery are shipped by USPS Express Mail International. The result is you can track your order, your item is shipped with insurance and you can expect delivery in a short period of time.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We sell 100% AUTHENTIC merchandise that we personally select and buy from reputable retail and outlet stores. Some of our merchandise is brand new and have not been tried on, some of it has been tried on for sizing/taking of pictures for the listing, or tried on by retail/outlet store customers. Please know the fit of the brand you buy from us, because we cannot determine how a certain brand will fit you. We do our best to ship within 2 business days after cleared payment. Saturday, Sunday and official holidays are not considered business days. We upload the customs declaration dispatch note number (for international shipments) and delivery confirmation number (for domestic shipments) onto the listing within 24 hours after the package with the purchased item was shipped.
The result is your purchased items are shipped securely packaged.

Occasional technical issues (office and computer equipment needs updates or repairs, internet connection lost etc.) or emergency situations (unexpected illness of the seller or family member) may delay our work for a short period of time.
