Lugged Fangio brand steel frame, Vitus 788 tube set and fork, threaded 1" fork, Italian BB, braze on FD, 27.2 seat post.  Has narrower rear spacing for 7 speed and long reach brakes.  I have a new set of the long reach brakes if needed.

In nice original shape, decals have deteriorated with time.  I don't know much about the brand.
