I make high end products with a lot of fine detail and unique handmade accessories, so they are often

best suited for the older child or adult collector (or of course you can always remove the smaller

fiddly pieces to give to your child when they are a little older, please use your own judgement).

Each of my houses (and sets) take many hours to design and make. 

I am proud to have been the first to bring the colourful looks of Cath Kidston, Kaffe Fassett and Orla Kiely to Sylvania, 

along with the hundreds of individually glued little leaves and flowers that create my buildings colourful exteriors.

Both these features give my properties their distinctive look.

This is an upcycled item, so most of the major pieces are preloved.
All are in pre-cleaned and good used condition.

This set includes;

Decorated building, with loads of individually glued leaves and

colourful flowers forming window boxes and climbers on its exterior.

Inside is decorated in fabulous and unusual Cath Kidston prints.

Bathroom; Bath, towel rail with towel, sink unit (small items are fixed to the sink)

pot plant

Bedroom/playroom; Childrens beds (can stack to bunk bed, ladder included) with

new handmade mattresses and Cath Kidston Mini Stanley duvets

(also 2 Mini Stanley floor cushions), toy cabinet with Sylvanian book,

handmade 'real' book of nursery rhymes, 2 handmade notebooks, babies bottle,

babies rocking toy, board game, piano and music, work desk with handmade

Christmas cards, pot plant and mini Christmas tree (made from wire so check suitability)

handmade 'Merry Christmas ' banner (removable)

Lounge; working light up fireplace, sofa, chair, grandfather clock, handmade cushions,

light up LED Christmas tree, basket of logs (logs glued in)

rolls of wrapping paper, coffee table, vase of flowers, plate of fruit (fruit fixed)

Dining room/kitchen; sink, oven, decorated large farmhouse table, 4 chairs,

basket of vegetables, loose food (sausages, eggs, beans, ham, cornish pasty)

new china dinner service (4 cups, saucers, plates, jug, sugar bowl, coffee pot)

extra food includes sandwiches and biscuits.

The table has a Christmas decorative centre piece.

Outside; Cath Kidston decorated cart loaded up for market with

2 crates of vegetables, 4 Christmas trees, milk urn, barrel of cut flowers,

+ additional items in the farm shop, so in all, loose items include;

oranges, lemons, eggs, cucumber, cabbages, apples, carrots, chilli peppers,

aubergine, bread, organic juice in tins and in a jug.

The farmland includes a vegetable patch with carrots, sweetcorn, lettuce,

cauliflower and pumpkin, 2 goats, 2 rabbits, hay bale with 2 resident hedgehogs.

Barn; with hay bales, and a picnic rug and cushions upstairs.

Finally, the sheep family and pony which are in good used condition, but not like new!

+ anything else photographed I may have forgotten to mention.
