TERMS OF SALE


Please pay promptly. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, then a Non Paying Dispute will be filed with eBay.

SHIPPING


We take great care to ensure your purchase gets to you on time and in the condition you would expect. Please allow at least 5 working days for UK delivery for our standard free delivery. eBay shipping times are an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date. Other shipping methods are available on checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage & report any damage or errors to us within 48 hours via email to shopqueries@btinternet.com.

All items are brand new and we accept returns as required of us by Law providing we are informed within 30 days of delivery of your request to return the item and the reason why. Item must be unused and in the same condition as dispatch and re-saleable.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We cannot refund or replace items which appear to have been misused, deliberately damaged or have become faulty through negligent use. We cannot offer refunds for earrings unless they are faulty due to hygiene reasons.
