We post every day except Bank holidays and weekends.Purchases made from Friday 3.30 pm will be posted on Monday. Although we obtain a proof of posting, once your package has been left at the Post Office, we have no control over how long it takes to get to you. Please don't leave negative comments about delivery times - most packages will reach you in one or two days!
If you are not totally happy with your purchase you may return it in its original unused and unopened condition within 14 days for a full refund. You will however have to pay the return postage.

We are located at The Hop Farm Family Park just outside Paddock Wood in Kent. Do drop in and see us if you are near. Our aim is to bring you high quality cotton fabrics, traditional, modern, novelty and the quirky!
The totals for postage include the cost of packaging, getting to the Post Office and of course the 10% charged by Ebay! etc (within Ebay rules). The additional (same item) cost is obviously adjusted accordingly. Additional items(different listings) should automatically combine postage , however if it doesn't happen please ask for an amended invoice and I can adjust the postage accordingly. If you do not ask for a combined invoice you will be charged the full postage costs for individual items. I am not able to refund overpaid postage after you have paid as I will already have been charged the commission by Ebay.
