Missing Deliveries:
Occasionally orders do go missing in the Post. If your item(s) have not arrived, please ensure you have allowed enough time for your order to be delivered. Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - please allow up to 48 hours before reporting an item as missing.We also recommend that you contact your local Royal Mail Collection Office in case they tried to deliver whilst you were out, and may have taken your order back for you to call and collect and/or arrange re-delivery.
