Domestic Shipping:

Most orders are processed within one business day from original receipt of order, and/or approval of credit card. All items are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. We reserve the right to choose a carrier for Express shipping if this option is available or requested. Shipping includes handling fee. For certain large and/or bulk items handling fee may be high. That's why our shipping fee may be different from carrier rate. We will ship to your carrier account by a request but you are still liable for handling fee.

PayPal - we ship only to PayPal confirmed address
Credit Card - we ship to your billing address, shipping to an alternative address is available only by request over the phone.

Returns:

DOA - all DOA (dead on arrival) items must be claimed within 72 hours. All DOA protected items are 100% refundable including shipping and handling fees.
New Items - In case you are not satisfied with an item you have 7 days to return it. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are also responsible for return shipping. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, inserts, warranty card(s), software, cables and accessories. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the original payment method used for purchase.
AS IS - no returns or exchange for AS IS items, please read the description of the item(s) since these items are intended for professional buyers and may require additional parts and/or repair. We may also elect to put AS IS on new/good items in case of a closeout sale or $1 starting bid No Reserve auction.

Damaged Merchandise:

All items are covered by shipping insurance. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please notify the carrier and proceed with an insurance claim. Please do that with 3 days of delivery. After this time the carrier may refuse your insurance claim. After the claim is made we will ship same item to you if it is available or refund your purchase if not.

Warranty:
 We offer an outstanding 1 YEAR WARRANTY on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-969-1324. If your problem cannot be resolved by phone, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through EBAY MESSAGES or Phone. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Amount of time laptop batteries hold charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold charge, we don't guarantee the amount of time.
