• International shipments are typically subject to Customs duties/taxes/fees. These charges are the responsibility the buyer. If you need to know what the Customs charges are for your country, please contact your local Customs office.
• International shipments can take a long time to arrive, especially the lower cost  options.  You get what you pay for.  If you need your item fast, please  pay for the appropriate shipping.  Shipping speed varies by country,  depending on proximity to the United States, and how long the package  takes to get through Customs.  Some countries (especially Brazil and  others in Central/South America) are especially slow at processing  packages through Customs.
• If tracking information is required, you must pay for a service for which tracking information is available. Typically, shipping services that include tracking are more expensive. Currently (of the options I offer), Priority Mail, Express Mail, and UPS Ground provide reliable tracking.

Payment

• I ship using USPS for most shipments (except Oversize 2 packages, ie bike sized), as they will ship to any address, including PO Boxes, and their prices tend to be the cheapest.  Oversized packages will be shipped with UPS or FedEx.

• USPS Parcel Post is the default shipping method in the majority of my listings, as it is the most economical service to most locations. However, at certain times of the year (holidays, time of bad weather), Parcel Post has been known to take a long time. The most extreme cases tend to be large packages that have to go a long ways across the country. It is recommended to select (and pay for) Priority level shipping or higher whenever possible to avoid these delays. I provide the Parcel Post option only for those people looking to spend the absolute lowest amount of money possible.

• All used items  I sell have been inspected to ensure they work properly. If they do not work properly, I will state so in my description. 
• Items MUST be  returned to me for inspection for me to issue a refund.
• Please review the "returns" section at the top of the listing (near the Buy It Now/Bid button).
• Returned  items must be in the exact condition as they were sent to you.  All  small parts, manuals, etc (if applicable) must be included.  If retail  packaging was included, this also must be included in a resalable  condition.  If these terms are not met, up to 50% of the purchase price  will be deducted from your refund total.

• I answer all email correspondence, normally within 24 hours (this may take longer in some cases). However, to make the process easier for us, please follow the guidelines below:
• Please research manufacturer's web sites for information regarding proper use, features, etc.
• Please do not email me asking me if I have shipped your package. If there have been delays, I will notify you. Otherwise, please refer to my shipping policy above.
