 so you know what you are buying is what is pictured, we never use Manufacturers pictures or links. 

We try to describe items thoroughly & to the best of our ability, that may mean using the product 

information or description from the packaging if that is available or describing the product by look, 

colour, material & measurements. Our aim is for you to know as much as possible about the product 

prior to purchase, to avoid disappointments. We are not into deceiving our buyers for a quick sale.

COMMUNICATION: We aim to answer any questions you may have prior to & after purchase as quickly as possible.

DISPATCH TIME: Dispatch time is the time space between the buyer paying & us sending NOT how long it takes to arrive with you.

We aim to send on the same working day of receipt of payment, so not including Sundays & Bank Holidays 

as we cannot send when they are closed, on the same working day if before 3pm and on the next working day if after 3pm. 

We use Royal Mail 1^st Class service for this item. 

Their delivery aim for that service is 1-2 working days, so again not including Sundays & Bank Holidays. 

We cannot be held responsible for any delays; delays by the postal service do happen & 

is unfortunately beyond our control especially at peak posting times & cannot be foreseen.
