This is the M3, the very first Fred Perry shirt, designed in the 1950s before the more famous twin tipped shirt. 

Its been through the wash once but otherwise is unworn.

Fred Perry currently sell these for £70.

 Approximate measurements are: 20.5" armpit to armpit, 16.5" shoulder to shoulder & 26" length from the bottom of the collar to the hem.
