·       Buyer agrees that not knowing how to use the device, not properly configuring the device, or using the device as a "subbed modem" are invalid reasons for attempting a return

·       By purchasing this modem, you acknowledge that you know how to use it or are willing to learn how to properly configure the device. Configuration is required. Buyer also agrees that the device will be used with respect and in conjunction with their ISPs terms of service and any applicable laws or regulations.

·       Item is not intended to be used as a Customer Provisioned Device (subbed modem). We are not responsible for configuration or support issues. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure device is supported in their network setup or with the ISP.

·       Buyer assumes sole responsibility for the understanding and use of the device and firmware (forceWare).

·       Seller is not liable for firmware features, defects, bugs, or failures. forceWare is the original work of its developer - mgnforce. Seller is also not liable for configuration issues including but not limited to: bricking, parameters, settings, addresses, and certificates.

·       The installation (flashing) of forceWare requires that the device be physical disassembled (opened), and as such while the device is refurbished, there may be the following [but not limited to] physical defects: the item label is slit down the center, marks on the top of the device (near the internal plastic tabs), marks on the side of the device (near the internal plastic tabs). We take great care in handling the item so that you receive a pristine device, but please be aware that the devices have to be opened and may have some external marking. Also, flashing the device voids the manufacturer's warranty.

·       Local pickup is available within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

·       OEM-style brown box packaging, individually sealed items are available for bulk and local pick up orders.
